On the heels of her upcoming solo museum show, being awarded one of the twelve National Arts Club’s Fellowships, Chellis created works specifically for Zero Bond.

Her upcoming solo show at the NAC, titled Touch of Red, will be an exploration of the color and opens March 21st. A continuation of that series, Chellis has created four sculptural paintings titled Flirt for Zero Bond's Library.

Each work holds the same compositional structure and is grounded in the artists signature deep red color. Every piece was painted in a unique way to showcase the color’s range, accentuating the curves and movements in the composition’s structure. 23 karat Florentine gold leaf was applied throughout each work as a final touch, allowing the works to catch and hold light, adding a dynamic life to their appearance as the light changes throughout the day.

Prod. 2022, plaster cast, 23k Florentine gold leaf and acrylic paint, 20x24x4”, edition 3 of 10.

Giclée Fine-Art Prints

Our Giclée Fine Art Prints are produced on heavy-matte, acid-free 300gsm cotton photo-paper with 100% archival inks. Our full-time chemists formulate all substrates in-house to achieve museum-quality detail and color vibrancy that is protected for 100+ years.

Gallery-Quality Frames

Narrow on the front and deep on the sides our frame moldings provide a clean, sharp frame for your art and modern profile that allows all the focus on your art. They are produced from the highest quality solid pine, primarily sourced from Italy. Each one is carefully selected, precision cut and assembled by hand at our factory. Hanging hardware is included so your artwork is ready to hang as soon as it arrives.

UV-Protective Acrylic

Our acrylic is more expensive than glass, but we use it because it’s clearer, far more impact resistant, and protects your art against UV rays. Framing-grade acrylic has become a new standard in framing because of its “clear” benefits.
